摘 要
中小民营企业在我国的经济社会发展中占有重要地位,发挥着大企业难以取代的作用。我国现已加入世贸组织,成为世界经济共同体中的一员。中小民营企业作为我国国民经济的重要组成部分,同样也处在改革与发展的关键时期。但是人才流失却阻碍着我国中小民营企业的发展。本文试图从我国中小民营企业人才流失的现状、影响及原因分析入手,探寻有效控制中小民营企业人才流失的措施,以更好地促进中小民营企业的健康、快速发展。

Abstract
 Small and medium-sized enterprises occupy the important position in the socio-economic development. Our country has already joined WTO, has really become a member in the economics community of the word. Small and medium-sized enterprises are in the key periods of the reform and development too as the important component of our national economy. But the brain drain is hampering its progress. This text attempt from small and medium-sized enterprises current situation of brain drain, impact on small and medium-sized enterprises of our country and reason analysis start with , seek and control small and medium-sized enterprises measure of brain drain effectively, in order to promote health, fast development of small and medium-sized enterprises better.
