高硬度丁腈橡胶配方的研究
摘要:温州地区pp编织布的生产离不开丁腈橡胶的应用,丁腈胶轮是提高整个生产效率关键部件。本文通过新型的配方设计制得了高硬度、高耐磨、低升温的新型丁腈纺织胶轮。配方在采用过氧化物硫化体系的条件下,对齐聚酯、甲基丙烯酸镁对丁腈橡胶的交联进行了研究。实验表明齐聚酯对丁腈橡胶有很好的补强作用,甲基丙烯酸镁对胶料的升温情况有很大的改善,当齐聚酯12-Ⅱ用量为17份、甲基丙烯酸镁用量为10份时,丁腈橡胶综合性能最佳,相比较老配方升温降低了3-7℃,寿命提高了3-5天,同时拉伸强度提高了将近20MPa。

STUDY OF HIGH HARDNESS NBR RUBBER WHEEL
 
Abstract: The production of pp woven cloth in Wenzhou cann't be separated from the application of NBR, NBR rubber wheel is a crucial component to improve the productivity of the pp woven cloth. In this paper, a NBR rubber wheel for spinn with high hardness, high wearable, low temperature raising is obtained through the new formula. This paper used oligomer ester 12-Ⅱ and magnesium methyl acrylic acid to crosslink NBR in the peroxide system. The result showed that oligomer ester 12-Ⅱcan improve the mechanical properties well and magnesium methyl acrylic acid can improve temperature conditions of rubber greatly. Samples can get best performance when the dosage of oligomer ester 12-Ⅱ is 17 and the dosage of magnesium methyl acrylic acid is 10. Compared to the old formula, the temperature has decreased by 3-7℃, the life expectancy has increased 3-5days, while the tensile strength has increased by nearly 20MPa.
