摘要：通过对近几年模具行业发展情况和发展趋势的分析，明确了塑料模具的广阔前景。本设计介绍了硬质聚氯乙烯材料的物理性能和加工性能，以及加工方法和它的应用范围。本设计采用了SZ—400/ZC卧式注塑机，为确保塑件质量和工艺要求并对其进行数据校核。本次设计还针对模具结构，浇注系统，成型零部件，导向机构，脱模机构，侧向分型抽芯机构，冷却系统等做了精确计算。为了保证模具的正常使用，对装模，试模，维护和保养做了简单介绍。

Abstract: Through the mold industry in recent years, the extent and trend analysis, clear plastic molds of a bright future. This design introduces the rigid PVC material physical properties and processing properties, and processing method and its applications. This design uses a SZ-400/ZC horizontal injection molding machine, plastic parts to ensure quality and process requirements and check their data. This design also for the mold structure, gating system, molding parts, steering device, mold body, lateral type core-pulling mechanism, the cooling system to do a precise calculation. To ensure the normal use of the mold, the loading mode, test mode, and maintenance made a brief introduction.
