中国村民自治制度中存在的问题及其解决对策
摘要：在大量阅读、认真分析关于中国村民自治制度的相关内容后，本文详细阐述了中国古代乡村自治以及现代村民自治的历史发展过程，明确指出了村民自治制度对于中国特色社会主义民主政治建设的重大意义。通过分析发现：虽然当前中国村民自治制度已经取得了巨大成就，但仍然还存在着“乡村关系不顺”、“村民委员会与村党支部的关系尚未理顺”以及“村民自治过程中缺乏有效的民主监督机制”等七大问题。与此同时，本文还进一步提出了解决村民自治制度中存在问题的相关对策。

The Problems And Solutions in the Villagers Autonomy System

 
 
Abstract：After reading and analysing plenty of the relevant content about the villagers autonomy system of China,I elaborated the evolvement process of the ancient Chinese rural self-government and modern  rural automy history .At the same time,I definetely pointed out that the villagers system was essential for the building of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics . According to analysing the Chinese realistical rural condition ,I found that we have already attained great success in the development of Chinese rural automy system.But it still existed seven problems , such as “the bad relations between country and town”, “the unnormal relationship between villagers'committees and villagers'party branchs in some places”, “the lack of effective democratic supervision mechanisms during the process of Chinese rural autonomy system”and so on . At the same time , I also proposed the relevant solutions further to solve the problems in the villagers autonomy system .
