xx花园工程项目施工组织设计文件的编制
本设计是以现代花园工程为具体对象，依据国家和地方有关部门颁布的法规、规程和标准，运用施工组织设计的原理、方法，并结合本工程结构特点及现场施工环境条件而编制的具有针对性的施工组织设计文件。设计文件的编制过程中，以施工阶段工程进度计划和现场平面布置为重点，对本工程的施工顺序流向、流水施工组织、工期进度安排、施工平面布置等内容进行了合理计划与详细说明，并在此基础上绘制完成了本工程详尽清晰的网络进度图与施工现场平面布置图。本工程编制的施工组织设计文件主要包括编制依据、工程背景、施工部署、进度计划、施工准备、施工措施等内容。所提交的施工组织设计文件紧密结合工程的实际情况、重点突出，能够运用于本工程实际施工过程的组织指导工作。

The Construction Management Plan for The Modern Garden Project
Abstract
This paper is the construction management plan for the Modern Garden project.There are three requirements of the construction accord: First, the plan is based on national laws, codes of construction and standards. Second, principles and methods of the construction plan were used. Third, the plan is emphasized structural features of the project and environmental conditions of the construction site. The core of plan is the construction schedule and the construction site layout. This paper analyses construction program, construction flow process, construction progress and construction site plan reasonably and detailedly. On the basis above, the paper completed project network and construction site plan. The content includes compiled foundation, project background, construction arrangement, construction schedule, preparations for construction and so on. The construction management plan worked with the actual situation closely. It can be applied to organizing and guiding work in the process of the actual construction.
