MVC模式下企业办公自动化系统（OA）核心功能实现

摘 要
本文主要完成了基于工作流的企业办公自动化系统的设计和实现。本论文是结合当前企业的运作和管理现状，运用所掌握的相关知识和技术完成的。系统采用从分析到设计到实现的软件开发的标准流程，针对企业办公自动化系统的核心功能模块工作流的概念，设计和实现做了详细的阐述。系统的主要功能模块包括公文管理、公告管理、部门管理、用户信息管理、职位管理、账号管理等功能，分章节依次完成了各个功能模块。系统采用B/S架构，基于MyEclipse平台开发，使用了Microsoft SQL Server2000数据库系统，并结合SSH技术完成。其中公文管理部分使用了流行的工作流技术，采用JBOSS JBPM作为工作流管理系统，完成公文的流转处理。
OA是ERP软件系统的一个分支系统，本文从OA的核心模块工作流上面入手实现了较为初级的企业办公自动化系统，此系统能适用在小型企业的日常办公活动中，在此系统上进行二次开发，对现有功能进行扩充和完善可以实现更为复杂和使用方便性更好的办公系统。

ABSTRACT
This paper has accomplished the design and implementation of the university office automation system which is based on workflow technology. The function of the system includes document management, announcement management, department management, user information management, position management, account management and so on. Browser/Server framework is used in the system, which is developed on Eclipse platform, using Microsoft SQL Server2000 database as the DBMS. At the same time it is accomplished with the technology of SSH (Struts + Spring + Hibernate). Especially workflow technology is used in the part of document management of the system, and JBOSS JBPM is selected as the workflow management system.
OA is a branch of ERP software system, this article from the core module of OA above to start the workflow more junior companies realize office automation system, this system can be applied in daily work activities of small businesses in the secondary on this system development, expansion of existing features and improve the good can be achieved and the use of more sophisticated office systems more.
