信息技术与联想企业竞争力的提升
【摘要】 企业信息化就是信息技术应用于企业生产、技术、经营管理等领域,不断提高信息资源开发效率,获取信息经济效益的过程。联想集团在其企业信息化进程中由于信息技术的采用,改进和强化了企业物资流、资金流及信息流等的集成管理,完善了现有的经营思想和管理模式。同时,随着信息技术与联想集团的发展融合得更为紧密,企业竞争战略管理也得到了创新,企业竞争力不断提高。本文以信息技术与企业竞争力的内涵为切入点,通过分析信息技术影响企业竞争力的机理,引出对信息化建设影响联想集团企业竞争力的探讨,并尝试建立两者之间的影响关系模型,从而对联想以及其他企业的信息化建设具有一定的指导意义。

Information Technology and Promotion of Lenovo Enterprise’s Competitiveness
 
【Abstract】 Enterprise informatization is the process of the information technology (IT) applied in the fields, such as manufacture, technique, management and etc in order to promote the efficiency of the information resources and obtain the economic benefit. Due to the IT’s application, Lenovo reforms and enhances the integrated management in the materials circulation, the fund circulation, and the information circulation to improve the management idea and management model. At the same time, the relationship between IT and Lenovo is getting closer and closer, the enterprise becomes more and more competitive with the innovation of the competitive strategy as well. This thesis holds the connotation of the IT and the enterprise’s competitiveness as cut-in points, analyzes the principles of IT’s influence on the enterprise’s competitiveness and the influence of informatization on the competitiveness of Lenovo, and tries to build up the influence’s model, which has an instructional value for Lenovo and other enterprises.
