摘要：近年来模具产业在我国的发展越来越快，绕线轴在我国工业、农业的应用也越来越广泛，对绕线轴的生产和研究也越来越多。为了进一步了解模具的生产，本文研究了绕线轮的塑料模具的设计方法，主要通过塑料材料的选择，塑件性能分析，注塑机的选用校核，注塑机的结构选择为模具生产作为前提，同时对模具的浇注、排气、冷却系统、合模导向机构、成型零部件、抽芯机构和脱模系统等模具主要部件进行了详细的研究和设计，通过计算设计出合理的模具模型，并绘制了模具的总装配图。

Abstract：In recent years the development of the mould industry in our country, more and more quickly in China around the spools of industrial, agricultural application of more and more widely, the production and research around the spools will be more and more. In order to further understand mold production, this paper studies the bobbin winder plastic mold design methods, mainly through the choice of materials, plastic injection molded parts performance analysis, the selection of the structure of the check, injection molding production as a prerequisite to choose to die, while pouring, exhaust, cooling system, shut the mould steering mechanism, molding parts, core-pulling mechanism and stripping system components mould main detailed research and design through calculation and design the reasonable mould model, and draw the mold of total assembly drawing.
