Φ32PP塑料三通注射模具设计
摘要：随着新型塑料品种的增加以及塑料成型技术的进步，塑料模具行业发展极为迅速。在众多塑料成型方法中，注塑成型是最主要的方法，世界塑料成形模具产量中约半数以上是注塑模具，并对注塑模的分类、成型过程和设计中的主题问题加以简单的说明。现以聚丙烯为原料，设计直径为32㎜的塑料三通注射模具。根据原料的特性，主要对塑件模型和模具的各系统进行分析和设计，并且对相关参数进行计算校核，从而设计出最合适的模具，保证塑件的尺寸和精度。最后，对模具结构的工作过程加以说明。

Design of Injection Mold for the φ32 PP Three Contacts
Abstract： With the increasing of new varieties of plastics and the advancements of plastic molding technology, plastic mold industry is growing very rapidly. Among the many plastic molding methods, injection molding is the most important method, it is about half of the above in world production of plastic forming molds. After that, I am going to give a simple description of the categories of injection mold, molding process and the main problems in design of. Now making of pp as the raw material，I will design of injection mold for the diameter of 32 mm three contacts. According to characteristics of the raw materials, I will mainly analysis and design of plastic models and molds of various systems, at the same time, calculate and check the relevant parameters, in order to design the most suitable mold and ensuring the size and precision of product.
