摘  要
师幼互动是贯穿于幼儿一日生活之中的,幼儿园教师与幼儿之间的相互作用、相互影响的行为和过程,是教师和幼儿双方个性共同成长的过程。良好师幼互动的影响因素主要表现在幼儿因素、教师因素、环境因素三个方面。建构积极有效的师幼互动关系主要采取以下三方面的措施:提高教师素质、创设师幼互动环境、家园合作。

Abstract
 The interactivity through children's daily life is a kind of action of effecting each other and a process in which their qualities get improvement. generally speaking, the lack of interactivity is resulted from the inharmoniousness of children, teachers and environment. so we can make our efforts to build effective interactivity from three aspects: improving qualities, creating the interactive environment, advocating the corporation between families and preschool.
