我国农村商业银行发展现状、问题与对策研究
摘 要
我国农村商业银行，作为国内农村金融机构的代表，自创立以来，经历了体制、机制的蜕变，凭借灵活的机制和高效的决策获得了自己的生存发展空间，同时也对促进经济的发展、金融改革尤其是支持新农村建设和地方中小企业的发展和壮大起了极其重要的作用。然而，作为我国农村金融体制改革的产物，大多数农村商业银行在其发展过程中存在和暴露了不少值得注意和应当解决的问题。我国加入WTO的过渡期已结束，金融业面临全面开放的客观现实，如何在夹缝中求生存，如何在竞争中求发展，是我国农村商业银行不可回避的问题，也是本文研究的目的。

Abstract
   Our country Rural commerce Bank, takes the domestic rural finance organization representative, since the establishment, has experienced the system, the mechanism transformation, relied on nimble machine-made and the highly effective decision-making has obtained own survival development opportunities, simultaneously also to promoted the economical development, the financial reform to support the new rural reconstruction and the place small and medium-sized enterprise development particularly and expands the extremely vital role. However, takes our country rural finance organizational reform the product, the majority rural commerce bank had and has exposed the problem which in its developing process many were worth paying attention and must solving. Our country joins WTO the transition-period to finish, does the financial industry faced with the comprehensive opening objective reality, how strive for the survival in the crevice, how to strive for the development in the competition, is our country Rural commerce Bank unevadable question, is also the goal which this article studies.
