中小企业信用担保现状分析
摘  要

本论文首先通过世界各国经济的发展，看到了中小企业在经济发展中的重大作用，引出因中小企业融资难而涉及到的信用担保问题。然后通过对国外以及国内的中小企业发展现状，存在问题的研究，来分析了我国中小企业信用担保方面存在的风险收益不对称，自身赢利能力差，相关法规空缺，缺乏专门人才，工作不好开展，资金来源不稳定，担保机构规模偏小等问题。最后提出了我国应加强认识，完善政策，培育机构，提高担保能力，拓宽渠道，增强资金来源稳定性，吸引人才，提高从业人员素质等解决的方法和思路。

ABSTRACT
At first, This article showed the importance of the development for the SME, through the economic development for the world. And it introduced the problem of credit-guarantee which was referred to the difficulties of SMEs’ financing. Secondly, Researching the problems which was about the condition of development for SME at home and overseas, the article analyzed the problem about SME’s credit-guarantee at home, such as unsymmetry of profit of risk, the bad capability of making profit, lacking the laws, few person of talent, the limitation for the job, instability of resource for capital, and the little organization for guarantee. Finally, it posed we should strengthen comprehension for the SME’s credit-guarantee, complete the laws and the organization, improve the capability of guarantee, broaden the channels, enhance the stability of resource for capital, attract the persons of talent, and improve the worker’s quality.
