摘要:本文主要设计了一种锅炉液位控制器,它以8051作为单片机。通过8051单片机,液位传感器和模数转换器等硬件系统和软件设计方法,实现具有液位检测报警和控制的双重功能,同时也具有报警和显示控制的功能,并对液位和压力值进行显示。本系统是基于单片机的水暖锅炉控制,在设计中主要有水位检测、温度检测、按键控制、水位控制、显示部分、故障报警等几部分组成来实现供暖控制。主要用控制按键来实现按键控制,用LED显示器来完成显示部分,用变频器来控制循环泵的转速,用压力传感器检测锅炉内部压力。并且通过模数转换把这些信号送入单片机中。把这些信号与单片机中内部设定的值相比,以判断单片机是否需要进行相应的操作,即是否需要开启补水泵,来实现对液面的控制,从而实现单片机自动控制液面的目的。本设计用单片机控制,易于实现锅炉液位和压力的控制,而且有造价低、程序易于调试、一部分出现故障不会影响其他部分的工作、维修方便等优点。

Abstract:This paper has designed a boiler liquid level controller, which makes 8051 as a microcontroller.by 8051, hardware system and software design methods such as liquid level sensors and analog-digital conversion achieve an alarm of the level detection and a control of the dual function,.At the same time rhe system also has alarm and display control functions, as well as liquid level and pressure values for display.This system is based on single chip plumbing boiler control, and mainly consist of  the design of t water level detection, temperature detection, key control, water level control, as some, fault alarm, etc. By these several components it achieves the heating control. Mainly with control buttons to achieve the key control, with LED display to complete the display section, with the frequency converter to control the circulation pump speed, using pressure sensors to detect the internal pressure of the boiler. And meanwhile  the analog-digital conversion gets these signals into the microcontroller. These signals with the microcontroller to set the value of the house compared to Microcontroller to determine the need for appropriate action, namely, the need to open the fill pump to achieve the control of liquid level in order to achieve the purpose of microcomputer automatic control surface. The design with the MCU control is  easy to implement boiler liquid level, temperature and pressure control, but also low cost, and the program is easy to debug, meanwhile part of the failure does not affect other parts of the work, easy maintenance and so on.
