基于交流伺服的双面钻孔机床控制系统设计
摘要:本论文对锁体自动双面钻孔机床的控制系统进行了研究,初步设计了系统的软件和硬件。该钻孔机床特征在于:锁体工件放入进料部分后可自动送料,自动夹紧,主轴通过皮带与电机连接,在进给部分作用下实现锁体的双面同时钻孔。工作台上安装有工件夹具,采用气动夹紧。机身上的两个左右对称的动力滑台由交流伺服电机带动,保证了进给时的稳定性和精度要求。总体上,结合交流伺服控制技术,用PLC实现自动控制,大大提高了生产自动化水平,很好地满足了制锁车间自动化生产的需要。

Abstract:The thesis of the lock automatic two-sided drilling machine control system is studied, preliminary design of the system software and hardware. The drilling machine is characterized in that: the lock into the feed part of the workpiece after automatic feeding, automatic clamping, spindle motor through the belt and connected to part of the role in the feed to achieve double-sided lock while drilling. Bench equipped with workpiece fixture, pneumatic clamping. Camera body, two symmetrical power slide driven by AC servo motor ensures the stability of the feed time and accuracy. Overall, the combination of AC servo control technology, with the PLC to achieve automatic control, greatly improve the automation level of production, a good lock shop to meet the needs of automation.
