BPR在南纸股份实施ERP过程中的重要性分析
【摘要】:本文中主要以福建南纸股份有限公司的ERP实施为案例,阐述了南纸为了加强产品在国际市场上的竞争力而进行ERP改造,但改造实施过程中发现缺乏BPR将已存在的现有管理问题加以改进的话,是无法顺利实施ERP的。在案例中,BPR针对了南纸的购销链的四个方面:计划流程、采购流程、销售流程和财务流程进行了重组,并以BPR的原则,即彻底性、根本性和戏剧性始终贯穿着ERP实施的全过程,带动ERP改造,从而带来了经济效益的上升。文章中也将会对比南纸股份有限公司购销链在ERP实施前后带来的不同影响,进而显示出BPR的重要性。

The analysis of the importance of BPR implementation through Nanzhi’s ERP approach
 
【Abstract】In this paper, there is mainly a case of ERP implementation of Fujian Nanzhi Co., Ltd. The purpose to ERP of Nanzhi is to strengthen its competitiveness of production in the international market. However, in the course, they found that it could not carry out ERP smoothly without resolving the basic problem of procedures by using BPR. In this case, there for Purchase-sale chain guides four new directions of process improvement through the BPR principle, including planning process, purchase process, sale process and financial process. That means that thorough, fundamental and dramatic have always been permeated with the full implementation of ERP and driven ERP transformation. At last, the entomic benefits will be brought up. Finally, We can find the importance of BPR by comparing the difference and impact of purchase –sale chain of Nanzhi between before and after ERP implementation.
