从奥康集团看服装鞋业实施信息化系统
【摘要】：随着服装制鞋企业销售规模的扩大，以前的管理模式不再适用，需要实施信息化管理系统来支持复杂而庞大的营销网络，而服装制鞋业由于比较特殊的行业特色，系统选型成为难点，也是重点。本文结合奥康集团建立管理系统这个案例，详细分析奥康在实施过程使用的ERP-U8与E-max.Net两个软件的业务流程，系统体系结构，客户化和专业化三个系统选型因素，得出对服装制鞋行业系统选型的启示及建议。

Analysing the information system's selection factors of the implementation of Aokang Group
【Abstract】With the sales of shoes-making enterprises expanding, the scale of the previous management model wasn't applicable any longer, it needs implemention of information management systems to support complex and huge marketing network, because the industry has special characteristics, so the system selection become difficult, but also the key. This article makes a close combination of establishing information management system of Aokang Group, introducing the business processes, system architecture, customers and specialized these three systems selection factors of ERP-U8 and E-max.Net, then come up with the inspiration and suggestions of clothing and shoes-making industry system's selection.
