浅议社区组织与社区治理
【摘要】在社会主义市场经济的建立和传统的单位制模式逐渐瓦解的背景下，我国逐渐出现了“社区”的理念，随着城市化、市场化进程的加速，城市社区快速地发展起来，社区治理也了成为现代城市管理的一项重要内容，同时也是公共管理领域里的热点问题。本文通过了解当前城市社区治理的概念，分析各个社区组织的职能，理清社区组织间的关系，从法律、体制、居民等几个方面提出了现代城市社区组织关系错位带来的一些问题，并提出了一些改革的建议。

【Abstract】Our country came forth the concept of community gradually, against the backdrop that the constitution of socialist market economy and the mode of systems of units disintegrated gradually.Accompanied by the acceleration of the process that of urbanization and marketization, the urban community Developed fleetly. After that, Community Governance became an important matter in modern city management, which became the focus in Public Management too. This paper through explained the conception of the current urban community governance , analyzed the function of each community organization and sorted out the connection among the community organizations. What is more, it put forwarded some problems about the dislocation of the connection of modern city community organization and brought forward some reformational suggestions.
