虚拟企业的管理研究

【摘要】计算机和信息技术飞速发展，和电子商务的交易优势以及现全球资源优化配置的客观需求，使网络经济在全球迅速兴起，并对现代企业的成长过程，经营方式，生产组织，内部机制和管理，组织结构等都产生了深远的影响，这些影响对现代企业而言是机遇更是挑战。本文将阐述虚拟企业定义，特点，结构，衍生的原因以及其变化趋势，对于虚拟企业在现代经济环境下的发展及其全新的管理体制做出了研究分析，并就国内虚拟企业市场环境等各方面存在的不足之处提出改进意见，以期改善国内虚拟企业的发展。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of information technology and e-commerce trade advantage, and the cognition of the objective of global optimal allocated  resources, had pushed e-economy rising fleetly. Also the e-economy has having a large effect between modern enterprises, such as its growth process, the way it treats the business, production organization, etc. In their eyes, those effects are not only an opportunity but also a challenge. This article will elaborate the definition, characteristics of virtual enterprise, structure, causes and the trend of changes, for the virtual enterprise in modern economic environment and development of new management system made analysis, and China virtual enterprise and market environment etc exist deficiencies in order to put forward some Suggestions for the development of virtual enterprises in China.
