论办公自动化对文秘信息工作的影响
摘 要：办公自动化是一种高效的人机交互技术，而且依赖于网络和其它先进技术设备。随着社会进步和科学技术的发展，其对文秘信息工作有着越来越重要的积极作用。但是，与此同时由于办公自动化自身的某些特性，也给文秘信息工作带来了一些负面影响。本文着力探究办公自动化对文秘信息工作的正负影响，首先要了解办公自动化及其特点；再通过列举法探讨办公自动化给文秘信息工作带来的新变革、新发展；然后通过说理分析办公自动化给文秘信息工作引起的新问题，系统地阐明办公自动化对文秘信息工作的利弊影响，指导文秘工作者适应现代信息社会的要求，趋利避害，进一步做好文秘信息工作。
