从公共关关系角度看女性秘书
摘 要：随着经济的发展，改革开放的不断深入，中国与世界的联系越来越密切，公共关系在当今社会变得越来越重要。市场经济体制逐步确立，使中国社会发生了深刻的变化，也对秘书工作产生了巨大的影响，公关工作和谈判事务成为秘书工作的主要内容。而在我国，大多数企业的公关工作主要还是由秘书部门来承担，许多单位配备了专门的“公关秘书”。女性今天的社会地位已经大大提高了，女性在秘书这个行业中承担主要角色。女性从事秘书工作有很大的优势，但也存在一定的劣势，女性秘书在公关活动中发挥着重要作用，在当今社会，女性秘书将如何扬长避短，发挥优势，避免劣势，在激烈的社会竞争中生存并为社会做贡献。

Some viewpoints about the female secretary from the public relation angle
Abstract: Along with the development of the economy, the reform open continuously thorough, China and the contact of the world closer and closer, the public relations is become more and more important nowadays. The market economy system establishes gradually, making the Chinese society take place the deep variety, also to secretary the work produced the huge influence, the public relations work and the peace negotiations judges the business to become main contents that secretary work. But in our country, most public relations works of business enterprise are still undertaken by secretary's section, many units provided with specialized "public relations secretary". The social status of female today has already raised consumedly, the female undertakes the main role in this profession of secretary. The female is engaged in the secretary the work and contain very big advantage, but also exist certain bad situation, the female secretary develops to emphasize to display function in the public relations activity, social nowadays, would ever develops female secretary advantages and to avoid the bad situation, the existence combines to do the contribution for the society in vehemence of society compete.
