施工企业的法律风险管理

摘要

在市场经济体制逐步规范和完善的过程中，由于环境的变化和竟争的激烈，施工企业面临的风险日益增大。正确识别风险因素，加强对风险的预防和控制，减少和避免风险损失，是现代施工企业面临的重要课题。施工企业通过对风险的分类、辩识，采取相应的策略及措施，以保证企业稳定运营。本文针对现代施工企业面临的风险进行分析，并提出防范对策。

Abstract
Gradually standardizing the market economic system and improve the process, due to changes in the environment and fierce competition, construction companies face increasing risks. Correctly identify the risk factors, and strengthen risk prevention and control, reduce and avoid the risk of loss, is the modern construction enterprises are facing an important issue. Construction companies on risk classification, identification, strategies and take corresponding measures to ensure the stable operation of enterprises. In this paper, the risks of modern construction enterprises to analyze and propose preventive measures.
