内容摘要
本文根据作者对在石油工程施工中采用PMT+PMC+EPC的施工管理模式的实践,描述了这种模式的做法,各建设体的主要责任、义务和必须的程序,但因为篇幅有限,不能把施工程序一一描述出来,只能起到一种启示的作用。
PMT+PMC+EPC这种管理模式,现在还在探索和实践阶段。在兰州原油商业储备库的实施过程中,因工程尚未结束,经济效益尚未充分显示出来。但在安全管理上、质量管理上,其效果非常显著。工程实施一年多以来,没发生任何的质量安全事故,多次受到集团公司检查和管道局检查,都给予了肯定。

Abstract

Based on the PMT+PMC+EPC construction manage model applied in petroleum engineering construction, the paper described the operation of this model and the major responsibility, obligation and prerequisite procedure of each construct body. The constitutes of construction projects cannot be listed in detail for the limited paper length, which only exhibited the revelatory effect.
The MT+PMC+EPC manage model exist only in the groping and practice period at present. During the implement process of lanzhou crude oil trade storage, the economy benefit embodied insufficiency because of the long project time limit. However, there was a remarkable impact on security manage and quality control. Besides, the emergence of quality security accident never happened since the manage model brought into effect one year. The leaders of China National Petroleum Corporation and China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau inspected frequently and spoke highly of the MT+PMC+EPC manage model.
