浅析如何控制建设项目施工阶段的工程造价

摘要

建设项目的造价控制贯穿于项目的全过程，各阶段工作对建筑工程投资的影响是不同的。在我国普遍存在认为工程造价价格关键在于施工前的项目决策和设计阶段，而对投资量较大的施工阶段（包含实施阶段和竣工阶段）比较忽视。然而，施工阶段的造价一旦失控，将会给整个项目带来很不利的影响，得不到最佳的经济效益和社会效益。针对我国建设项目投资失控普遍存在的现象，本人作为一名工程技术管理人员，结合在工程建设项目施工现场管理过程中的实践经验，从投资量较大的施工阶段工程造价失控原因分析着手，提出在施工阶段工程造价控制上所应采取的措施，对建设单位如何控制施工阶段工程造价提供一些借鉴。

Constuct costing of item the control Be pierced through to the whole processeses of item, each stage work is different to the influence that the construction engineering invests.At our country the universal existence think that the engineering costs a price key to lie in before starting construction of item decision and design stage, but neglect towards investing a bigger construction stage(include carry out stage and finish construction a stage) of quantity comparing.However, start construction the costing of stage will bring the whole item very disadvantageous influence once losing control, can not get the best economic efficiency and social efficiency.The item investment of aiming at the our country construction loses control the phenomenon of universal existence, the writer is an engineering technocracy personnel, combine the engineering constucts an item construction the spot management fulfillment experience within process, from invest the construction with bigger quantity stage engineering cost to lose control reason analysis to begin and put forward should adopt in starting construction stage engineering costing to control of measure, to constuct unit how control to start construction stage engineering to cost to provide some draw lessons from.
