随着我国健身行业的迅猛发展，公共关系越来越成为健身俱乐部开展市场竞争的一项重要资本。良好的公共关系不仅可以提升健身俱乐部的社会形象、创造良好的社会口碑，而且还可以为健身俱乐部的生存和发展营造一个良好的人事环境和社会环境。
本文以人和健身俱乐部的公共关系为研究对象。文章通过对哈尔滨健身行业的发展和人和健身俱乐部开展的各类公关活动等方面的详细分析与论述，揭示了近年来人和健身俱乐部在公关方面取得的发展以及存在的不足。本人希望通过本文的论证研究，能为人和健身及哈尔滨健身行业进一步强化公关意识进而推动哈尔滨健身行业的更大发展，提供一些可资借鉴的参考。

Abstract
With the rapid development of China's fitness industry, public relations become an important capital market competition in fitness enterprises. Good public relations can not only upgrade the fitness business community image and create a good social reputation, but also can create a good staff and social environment for the survival and development of fitness enterprises.
This article takes the ren he international club’s public relations as the research object. By the detailed analysis and exposition of Harbin fitness industry’s development and ren he international club’s various public relations activities, the article reveals ren he international club’s development of public relations and the deficiencies in recent years. I hope that through this demonstration research, ren he international club and Harbin fitness industry can strengthen further promote awareness of public relations for the greater development of Harbin fitness industry, we can provide some useful reference
