惠普文化方略及其对中国高科技企业的借鉴意义

企业文化规范了员工思考和行为方式,影响企业战略决策。企业文化是对企业制度的补充,企业制度是“硬件”,而企业文化是“软件”。

训练有素的文化具有双重性。一方面,需要人们遵守一贯制度,但另一方面,它给人们制度框架下的自由和责任。企业文化的建设持久且不容易,它与企业历史、发展战略需要、企业家的特质、行业文化、地域文化和外部环境的变化等密切相关。要建成能促进企业经营业绩增长的实效企业文化非常不容易。与企业文化相关的很多因素在持有发生着变化,企业文化也应该持续发生变革,而不是一成不变。优秀的企业文化应该能自发地随环境的变化进行相应的调整。此外,企业管理者还负责推动企业文化变革的责任。然而,企业管理者又要保证企业文化相对的稳定性。中国企业缺少文化管理,这是今年来企业界越来越认识到的问题。企业文化策划出来并不难,要和管理相融合就不容易了。惠普公司拥有者促进经营业绩增长的企业文化,并不断进行着渐进的改良。惠普公司的文化形成、传承和变革对中国先进技术公司的企业文化建设有着重要的借鉴意义。

Corporate culture can make staff think and act in a certain way which most staff agree with; also it has an effect on the choice of company’s strategy. Culture is a complement of the company’s system, system is hardware, and the culture is software. Culture which is trained well has two sides. For one, it makes people comply with the constant system, for another, the culture give freedom and responsibility under the system. The construction of the corporate culture will take a long time and it will be not easy, it has much relationship with the company’s history, the developing strategy, character of the entrepreneur, trade culture, region culture and environment of the outside. To construct a culture which can promote the company’s business will be very difficult. For many facts which have a relationship with culture are changing, the corporate culture also need to reform, instead of keeping constant all the time. Outstanding culture can change by itself as long as the environment of outside is changing. However, the manager has to promise that the culture can keep relatively stable. The question that Chinese enterprises are short of culture management have been recognizing by more and more people. To make a corporate culture plan is not too difficult, but it is difficult to melt the culture together with business management. HP Company has the culture which can promote its business, and what’s more, it’s culture makes constant change. The experience of HP culture’s forming, passing down and reforming can be used for Chinese hi-tech company’s reference.
