探析文体学衔接理论在英语精读教学中的应用
[Abstract]: Stylistics is an interdisciplinary field of analyzing discourses by using linguistic theories. Cohesive theory is one of the important theories in linguistics. The most effective cohesive devices are reference, substitution, ellipsis, conjunction and lexical cohesive devices. Texts in intensive course are mainly literary discourses. Teaching and analyzing intensive texts by using stylistic cohesive devices is very useful and feasible in language teaching field. This paper explores the application of stylistic cohesive devices in English intensive texts teaching, aiming to offer some effective inspiration to our country’s English language teaching and enhance students’ language analyzing ability.
