低体重儿和早产儿的临床护理

 【摘 要】   
              
目的  总结对早产儿低体重儿临床护理的方法和体会，以提高存活率。方法  对我院20例早产儿低体重儿进行临床护理的分析。结果 20例早产儿低体重儿通过治疗与良好的临床护理，19例痊愈出院，1例因愈后极差，家长放弃治疗。结论  对早产儿低体重儿应加强监护、早期发现、早期治疗等有高度责任心的临床护理，是提高存活率的关键。

 ABSTRACT

【 Summary 】 purpose summary on preterm low birth weight infants clinical nursing experience, methods and to improve survival rates. Method on our 20 cases of premature infants with low birth  weight infants for the clinical care of analysis. Results 20 cases of premature infants with low birth weight infants through treatment and good clinical care, 19 cases of healing 1 case of discharged, because of poor prognosis, and treatment of parents to give up. Conclusions on preterm low birth weight infants should strengthen surveillance, early detection, early intervention, have a high sense of responsibility of clinical care, is the key to improving the survival rate.
