论幼儿园中的惩罚现象
摘 要
本文着重考察了幼儿园教育惩罚的形成的概念和分类，并在此基础上提出了把教育惩罚分成不合理教育惩罚与合理教育惩罚的观点。分析了幼儿不合理惩罚及其预防措施，探讨了合理教育惩罚的意义及实施要求，并明确主张幼儿园工作者要进行合理的教育惩罚。在幼儿园，惩罚教育是一把双刃剑，既能教育人，又能伤人，是一种比较有难度、很具有危险的教育技巧。因此，如何实施惩罚教育是摆在教育工作者面前的一个重大的课题，也是一个重要的社会问题。

Abstract
This article emphatically inspected the kindergarten education penalty formation concept and the classification, and proposed in this foundation divides into the education penalty educates not reasonably the penalty and the reasonable education penalty viewpoint. Analyzed the baby to punish and the preventive measure not reasonably, has discussed the reasonable education penalty significance and the implementation request, and was clear about advocated the kindergarten worker had to carry on the reasonable education penalty. In the kindergarten, the penalty education is a double-edged sword, both can educate the human, and can offend somebody, is one kind of comparison has the difficulty, has the dangerous education skill very much. Therefore， how implements the penalty education is suspends in front of an educator's significant topic, also is an important social question.
