新课程背景下小学教师心理压力的调查研究
摘要
随着社会竞争的日益激烈,各行业对人才的要求越来越高。作为教师,所担负的责任越来越大,压力也越来越大。目前,大量调查显示我国教师的心理状况不容乐观。本文通过调查就新课程改革前后教师心理压力进行比较,并对结论提出了具体的解决措施,以缓解教师心理压力,维护教师心理健康。

Abstract
As society increasingly fierce competition in the industry right talent increasingly high demands. As a teacher, bear the greater the responsibility, the pressure is also growing. At present, the number of investigations and teachers demonstrated the psychological situation is not optimistic. Based on the survey before and after the new curriculum reform, teacher psychological pressure, as well as conclusions put forward a specific measure, to alleviate the psychological pressure on teachers, teachers maintaining psychological health.

我国的教育体制正进行着全面改革,社会对教师提出了更高的要求,人际关系,子女成长和个人婚姻等各种问题引起的心理应激不断威胁着教师的身心健康。面对压力,有的教师能适应新形势需要,变压力为动力;有的教师却因压力过度而导致各种心理危机。
