关于小学生视野中的优秀班主任的调查研究
摘 要
小学班主任工作的好与坏直接影响学校工作计划的实施，影响小学生的健康成长，甚至会影响到校风、校貌。随着新课改的深入进行，班级管理较以前发生了较大变化，对班主任提出了更高的要求，本文通过对小学生视野中优秀班主任的问卷调查，总结出了优秀班主任特质，浅谈了优秀班主任的发展方向，进一步对优秀班主任的培养进行了的探讨。

Abstract
The elementary school teachers in charge work good and the bad direct influence school work plan implementation, affects elementary student's health growth, even can affect the school spirit, the school appearance. Changes along with the new class thoroughly carries on, the class and grade managed compared before has had comparatively sweeping change, proposed to the teacher in charge higher request, this article through to elementary student field of vision in outstanding teacher in charge's questionnaire survey, summarized the outstanding teacher in charge special characteristic, shallowly discussed the outstanding teacher in charge's development direction, further has carried on to the outstanding teacher in charge’s raise the discussion.
