论在小学数学课堂教学中实施素质教育
摘 要
实施素质教育，是提高民族素质、实现现代化的需要，是当前我国基础教育改革与发展的方向。首先，本文论述了数学教学的素质观，小学数学素质教育的内涵，指出了小学数学素质教育的重要性；其次，提出了小学数学课堂教学中实施素质教育的新要求、内容和途径；最后，笔者总结出在小学数学课堂教学中实施素质教育的“五项改进”，以便更好的在小学数学课堂教学中实施素质教育。

Abstract
Quality education is to improve the nation's quality, achieve modernization, the need of China's basic education reform and the direction of development. 在数学教学中实施素质教育，是《新课标》的基本理念。《新课标》指出：义务教育阶段的数学课程，其基本出发点是促进学生全面、持续、和谐地发展。数学素质主要指通过后天的学习所获得的数学观念、知识、能力的总称。它包括良好的数学意识、科学的思维品质、较强的创造能力以及熟练地运用数学语言的能力。
