大学生人际关系的调查研究与教育指导

摘要：良好的人际关系是心理健康的重要标志之一 ,在社会和谐方面发挥着重要作用。对大学生而言，人际关系对整个校园的和谐显得愈发重要。同时，来自不同家庭的城乡学生进入大学这个新的环境中一起学习生活，在人际交往方面必然存在一定的差异。本研究采用分层整体抽样的方法，在xx学院抽取大一到大二2个年级共200名学生，以大学生人际关系综合诊断量表作为测量工具，通过描述性统计、独立样本t检验的统计方法对数据进行有效地分析处理，从而显示城乡大学生、不同年级大学生人际交往之间存在差异。并通过对调查结果进行研究分析，针对所存在的问题从不同的方向提出相应的对策和教育指导。

Heze University students' interpersonal relationship research and education guidance
 
Abstract：Good interpersonal relationship is one of the important signs of mental health in which plays an important role in the construction of the harmonious society. Coordinating it well or not to the students in the college is becoming more and more important which has great influence on mental health and the harmonious of the campus as well.What's more, different students coming from the urban and rural area have different ways of human communication in order to get use to their life there and live together. This study used hierarchical cluster sampling method extracting 200 students(freshman between Gread1 and Gread2) as a sample and the diagnostic scale of college students' interpersonal relationship as a measurement tool.Analysis through the Descriptive Statistics,Independent Sample T-test,Correlation Analysis,Variance Analysis and Regression Analysis of Statistical methods effective in order to display the differences exist between urban and rural college students' interpersonal. Aiming at the existing problem from different directions and putting forward the corresponding countermeasures and education guidance based on the results of research and analysis.
