梦现象及作用的探究

摘要： 文章将从四个方面对梦进行阐述，即梦的定义、运作机制、作用及意义。重点讨论梦的作用及对人的意义，包括对人的生理的修复、心理的引导以及对生活的启示，使人对梦有一个深刻的了解，从而关注梦，客观地理解梦，合理地利用梦，将梦与生活紧密相联。

The exploration of the phenomenon and effects of dream
 
Abstract:The article will elaborate the dream from four aspects:the definition,the operating mechanism,the effects and the significance. And the focus of the article is to discuss the effects of dream and the significance to humans including the repairing to the physilology,the guiding to the phychology and the enlightment to the life so that people can make a deep understanging of dream.Then people can make an attention about dream,realize the dream objectively ,make good use of dream and relate it with the life.

我们每个人的内心深处都有一个非常特殊的晴雨表，它反映着我们身心的变化，并指导着身心的发展，它更帮助我们检测着自己生活的各个方面：身体、情绪、精神、心理、社会交往等等。但遗憾的是，我们对这珍贵的晴雨表了解的很少，更不用说发挥其作用了。这晴雨表就是我们的梦，而它们却从没有得到过应有的承认。
