中餐与西餐优劣势分析

随着全球化的不断加速，东西方文化交流日益频繁，中西文化互相融合，各地的饮食文化也在不断地互相冲击融合，想要了解东西方之间的饮食文化差异，以及在这背后所蕴含的历史、传统风俗的差异，就需要我们对中餐和西餐进行深刻的研究比较。
本文开篇提出饮食文化在人们日常生活中的重要性，然后分别介绍了中餐和西餐的发展历史，之后通过对饮食观念、用餐方式及餐具、用餐礼仪、饮食对象和烹饪的规范程度等几个方面的比较来探讨中西餐饮文化的差异，并指出了导致中西餐饮文化差异的客观必然性，对中餐和西餐优劣势做出进一步的对比和分析，进而对如何促进中西饮食文化的融合，互相取长补短，使中餐和西餐得到良性发展，提出了一些自己的想法。

Abstract

As globalization accelerates constantly, the exchange between the Eastern culture and the Western culture have become increasingly frequent, the cultural integration of meal all around the world is constantly. If we want to understand the cultural differences between Chinese meal and Western meal, and the differences about history, tradition and custom that they contains, we need to profound a comparative study about Chinese meal and Western meal.
The article first point out the importance of food culture in people’s daily life, then it respectively introduce the history of Chinese meal and Western meal, and it explore the cultural differences between Chinese meal and Western meal in contrasting some aspects, such as the concept of meal, the way of meal and tableware, dining etiquette, the object of meal and the extent of regulation of cooking. It points out the objective inevitability that led to the cultural differences between Chinese meal and Western meal, and it makes further comparison and analysis on advantages and disadvantages of Chinese meal and Western meal. At last, it gives some of my thoughts on how to promote cultural integration of Chinese meal and Western meal, and make Chinese meal and Western meal to have a healthy development.
