农民工城市融入的调查报告

摘要：农民工作为具有中国特色的工业化、城市化、现代化进程中的特殊社会群体，已成为我国经济社会发展特别是城市发展不可或缺的组成部分。农民工在进城务工的过程中，其价值观念、生活方式和行为方式等都与大城市不断融合。但农民工要完全融入城市，成为城市居民，尚有一个相当漫长的过程。本文就农民工融入城市的历史必然性、制约农民工城市融入的因素，及如何促进农民工城市融入的对策方面进行调查分析，期许农民工不仅仅是城市的过客，而是能更好地融入城市社会，成为真正意义上的城市居民。

Rural migrant workers in cities of the survey report
 

Abstract: Migrant workers with Chinese characteristics as industrialization, urbanization and modernization of special social group, has become China's economic and social development, especially the indispensable part of urban development. Migrant workers in the process of migrant workers to its values, lifestyle and behaviour are constantly with big. But rural migrant workers in cities, to become urban residents, there is still a very slow process. Based on the historical inevitability of rural migrant workers in cities, restricting factors of rural migrant workers in cities, and how to promote rural migrant workers in cities in the survey analysis, the countermeasures of urban migrant workers is not expect, but better passby into urban society, a real city residents.
