面向敏捷制造的ERP系统探析

【摘要】敏捷制造是以信息技术为基础的一种新的制造模式，它的实施与运营都离不开信息系统的支持。ERP系统是当今世界上制造系统普遍采用的管理信息系统，从ERP系统的特点上来看，它是一种比较适合敏捷制造的信息系统。但是，现行ERP系统还是为传统的制造模式而设计的，对敏捷制造的一些特殊要求还不支持，所以用于敏捷制造的ERP系统也需要在功能上有所革新。本文从敏捷制造的要求、敏捷制造和ERP系统的相互关系上对发展和完善ERP系统进行了初步的探析，探讨我国企业应如何改善现有的ERP系统来适应敏捷制造的需要，加入全球化的制造行业，以提高我国企业的竞争能力。

【Abstract】Agile Manufacturing is a new manufacturing module basis on the Information technology, its implementation and operation runs with the support of information system. The ERP( Enterprise Resources Planning) system is a management information system commonly used by manufacturing system in the world, and seen from its characters, it is also appropriate for agile manufacturing. But, the current ERP system is designed for the traditional manufacturing module and doesn’t support some special demands of agile manufacturing, so the ERP system which used for agile manufacturing needs some functional innovation. This paper does a preparatory research on developing and consummating the ERP system from the demand of agile manufacturing and the relation between agile manufacturing and ERP system, and discuss China’s enterprises should how to improve the current ERP system to accommodate the demand of agile manufacturing and anticipate the global manufacturing industry in order to enhance the competitive ability of China’s enterprises.
