电子商务网站信用度评价
【摘要】本文首先对国内外各学者“信用度”研究的结果进行总结分析,确立电子商务网站信用度评价的研究模型。再根据该模型,设计调查问卷,对苏州农业大学1000多名学生进行调查,结合调查的结果,找出影响电子商务网站信用度的关键因素。然后对淘宝、易趣两个电子商务网站的信用度进行对比分析,找出他们在“关键因素”上的优点与不足。最后提出电子商务网站在信用度建设方面的一些建议。希望能对电子商务网站的信用度建设起到一定的参考作用!

【Abstract】In this paper, the scholars at home and abroad to "the degree of credibility" of the findings of the study were analyzed, established e-commerce website in the credit evaluation model for studying. According to this model, then, the design of the questionnaire to Suzhou University of Agriculture more than 1,000 students in the investigation, with the results of the survey to find out the credit impact of e-commerce websites of the key factors. Then the Amoy Po, two e-commerce website eBay credit conduct comparative analysis identify their "key factor" on the merits and shortcomings. Finally, e-commerce websites in the degree of credibility of building some of the recommendations. The hope is to the credit of e-commerce websites have played a certain degree of reference!
