健美操的美学特征分析

 摘　要

   德、智、体、美、劳全面发展是学校培养学生的目标,而爱美、追求美是人的天性。竞技健美操运动所赋予人们的美感, 并不是简单的人体原形的自然呈现, 而是通过科学系统化专门训练的人的肢体, 在音乐的伴奏下完成连贯流畅的、富有弹性的动作, 以动态的和静态的外在形式所表现出来的特殊的美学特征,是一种以人的肢体动作为主要表现手段,并综合了音乐、服饰等艺术形式,以具有节奏性和创造性的直观的动态的形象,表现人的情感、活力和思想,反映社会生活的艺术。依据有关的美学理论体系, 结合健美操的运动特点, 对健美操的美学特征进行初步探讨。

Abstract
Morals , the wisdom, the body, beauty, work the full scale development is the school raises student's goal, but likes to lookgood, pursues beauty is person's instinct. Aerobics to entrust with people's esthetic sense, certainly is not the simple human body primary form nature presents, but is through thescience systematization specialized training person's body, the body,completes under the music accompaniment smoothly links up, the richelastic movement, displays the special esthetics characteristic by thetendency and the static external form, is one kind take person'sbodily movement as the main performance method, and synthesizedartistic form and so on the music, clothing, by has rhythmic and thecreative direct-viewing tendency image, displays person's emotion, thevigor and the thought, reflection social life art. Rests on the related esthetics theory system, the movement characteristic which Aerobics, to esthetics characteristic which Aerobics carry on the preliminary discussion.
