跳远准确性的实验性分析

摘要：现代跳远运动的特点正朝着助跑速度快、准确性高的方向发展, 然而, 受一些传统观念影响, 教练员们总是从速度、力量及技术的角度考虑各环节的训练内容，本文通过对跳远助跑、起跳的训练方法介绍、使学生在训练中能明确重点，提高训练效果，在较短时间里掌握和完善跳远技术，从而达到提高跳远成绩之目的。

The long jump takes off accurate analysis
Abstract : The modern long jump movement characteristic is facing the approach speed quickly, the accurate high direction is developing, however, some traditional ideas influence, the trainers always from the speed, the strength and the technical angle considered various links the training content, this article through the training method which to the long jump approach, takes off introduced, enables the student to be clear about the key point in the training, enhances the training effect, in short time grasping and perfect long jump technology, thus achieved enhances goal of the long jump result.
