Φ96PC绕线轮塑料模具设计
摘要：此次毕业设计的内容是Φ96PC绕线轮塑料模具的设计。主要涉及生产原料的选择，制品的设计、注塑机的选择以及模具的结构设计和校核。目的是通过此次设计来对模具设计的全过程有个全面的认识。本次设计的绕线轮制件以PC为原料，塑件外径为Φ96mm,内径为Φ20mm，高度为25mm,中间8条加强筋。文中对模具生产中所遇到的各种情况都进行了计算和校核，包括对模板的强度、部件结构的可行性。

Injection die design for the Ф96 bobbin mold of PC
Abstract：The graduation project is to design an injection mould of reel with Φ96. It mainly introduces the selection of raw material, the design of product, the selection of injection molding machine and the design and check of the structure of injection mould. The design aims at to have a wide knowledge of the overall process of mould design. The reel is made of PC. The external diameter, internal diameter, and height of the injection molding are 96mm, 20mm and 25mm. In the middle of the reel exits 8 reinforcing ribs. The article has calculated and checked everything that may be encountered in the manufacture of injection mould, including the strength of mould, the practicability of block construction.
