Ф88 PP 绕线轮塑料模具设计cad

摘要：本设计为绕线轮的注射成型模具设计，共分十二章,从模具的发展情况到具体塑件的设计都做了较详细的介绍。设计的内容是Φ88 PP塑料绕线轮注塑模具设计方法，塑件外径为Φ88mm,内径为Φ20mm，高度为26mm,中间8条加强筋,主要进行了生产原料的选择，制品的设计、注塑机的选择以及模具的结构设计和较核计算。本文对模具的各个系统进行了详细的分析和设计，使生产的塑件稳定可靠。

Injection die design for the Ф88 bobbin mold of PP
 
Abstract：This design is “the inject shaping mold design of bobbin” , the design is divided into 12 chapters altogether, from the development of mould to the design of mold, the introduction has made detailed analysis. The contents in this study is design method of Injection die design for the Ф88 bobbin mold of PP, the external diameter, internal diameter, and height of the injection molding are 88mm, 20mm and 26mm. In the middle of the reel exits 8 reinforcing ribs. It mainly introduces the producer goods selection,product design,injection machine’s selection,the principle and the check analysis of the mold. In this article, it carried out a detailed analysis and design of the various systems of mold, to make the plastic stable and reliable.
