摘  要
学困生已经成为一种客观存在。小学阶段的学困生问题一直都困扰着学生、家长和老师。但学困生并不是与生俱来的,它产生于诸多原因,也是有一些共同特点的。了解小学阶段学困生的心里特点和行为特点,遵循其心理活动规律,并掌握学困生的心理和行为矫治方法,运用教育心理学的原理和方法,采用不同的教育对策,就可以促进学困生的转化。

Educational Transformation of Inferior Students in Primary School

Abstract
  It is a subjective and normal phenomenon that inferior students exist broadly.The problem of inferior students in the elementary school has puzzled the students, parents and teachers seriously. But it is not innate to be inferior. It evolves from a great deal of reasons, there are also some common characteristics.It is important to learn the psychological and behavioral characteristics of the inferior students in the primary school,and follow their psychological activity laws. Make use of educational psychology principles and different measures of education, and master the psychological principles and methods of treatment for them,then we can promote the transformation of the inferior students.

学困生是指智力正常、但在听说读写算以及推理等方面出现明显的困难,学习成绩低下,学业暂时达不到标准,学习心理有障碍,学习方法不科学的学生。
