幼儿创造能力的培养

摘  要
创造性人才是新世纪迫切需要的人才，培养幼儿的创造力不仅是适应未来社会的需要，也是幼儿自身发展的需求，还是时代发展的需求。但是目前我国幼儿创造能力培养方面还存在许多缺陷，而且幼儿的创造力受多方面因素的影响，包括遗传和生理因素，环境与教育因素，幼儿自身人格因素。为此，作为幼儿教师在培养幼儿创造能力方面的策略是：让幼儿自由操作，积极引导并给予评价，营造宽松的氛围，注重幼儿个性心理品质的培养。

The ability to create a child care training

Abstract
Creative personnel the new century is an urgent need of talents and cultivate children's creativity is not only adapt to the needs of the future society, but also child care needs of their own development, or development of the times demand. But China's ability to create a culture of child care that still exist in many of the deficiencies, and the creativity of children by various factors, including genetic and physiological factors, environment and education, child care their own personality factors. To this end, as kindergarten teachers in training the ability to create child care strategy: to free child care operations, and actively guide and to evaluate, and create a relaxed at atmosphere , the emphasis on the quality of child care personality psychological training.
