浅谈商务英语的翻译

摘要
随着全球化进程的深入和通讯技术的发展，跨文化交流迎来了历史的高潮，世界各国之间的经济文化交流日益频繁。翻译作为交流手段和媒介在这一过程中发挥了至关重要的作用。随着我国改革开放的实施以及中国加入世界贸易组织（WTO），我国的商务英语翻译在国际贸易活动中的作用越来越重要。商务英语的翻译并不是只懂英语就能做好的事情。国内外有许多学者致力于研究商务英语的翻译理论。
在中国，商务沟通日益频繁，贸易往来日益密切，商务翻译的重要性与需求量也日益增加，商务翻译的研究工作也日益紧迫。但是由于一直以来人们认为商务语言严谨直白，文化差异小，翻译起来很简单，只要是掌握英汉两种语言及一定商务知识的人都可以胜任，商务翻译的研究工作受到了忽略，因而难以取得突破。针对这种现象，笔者试图通过阐释商务英语翻译的特点、现状、文化差异的影响以及误译的例子，来引起读者对商务英语翻译的关注，以促进翻译理论和实践的发展。
本文由八章组成。第一章介绍了商务英语翻译的概况。第二章是国内外对商务英语翻译研究的总结。第三章讨论了商务英语的特征。第四章讨论了文化差异给国际商务英语带来的影响以及应对的对策。第五章总结了商务英语翻译的主要原则。第六章是商务英语翻译原则的应用。第七章是一些误译的例子。第八章则是全文的总结。

Abstract
With the opening up policy and China’s successfully joining the WTO, modern business English translation plays an increasingly important role in the international markets. Those who learn English well sometimes fail to master business English and its translation. There are currently many scholars concentrating on the translation theories for business English. The author in this thesis, guided by the conclusions of the previous experts and using lots of examples from business English, discusses the features and translation methods of business English. Thus it provides guidance for both translators and relevant learners so as to attract more attention to business English and its translation.
    There are eight chapters in the thesis. The first chapter is the introduction which gives the general information of business English; the second chapter deals with the theoretical framework; the third develops into the features of business English; the forth chapter deals with the culture non-equivalence in business English translation; the fifth chapter discusses the main principles and criteria in business English translation; the sixth chapter deals with the application of the criteria of business English translation; the seventh chapter gives some examples of misinterpretation; the last chapter concludes the thesis.
