国有企业资产重组与资本市场发展研究

内容摘要：我国是公有制占主体地位的社会主义市场经济国家，国有企业控制着关系国家安全和国民经济命脉的重要行业和关键领域。本文从国有企业资产重组的必要性和方式入手，探讨国有企业资产重组和资本市场发展之间的联系。资本市场对推动国有企业资产重组具有重要的作用，而国有企业资产重组又为我国资本市场的建立和完善奠定了基础，两者相辅相成。同时，也应该清醒地意识到国有企业资产重组过程中实际存在的问题以及对资本市场发展造成的各种消极影响，这些都需要通过转变观念、积极改革来消除规正。因此，一方面，要纠正对国有企业资产重组的错误认识，另一方面，要进一步完善证券市场、积极调整资本市场结构、提高上市公司质量、加强资本市场制度建设、完善法律体系，从而实现证券市场与国企改革的协调健康发展。

On Assets Reorganization of State-owned Enterprises and the Development of Capital Market
Abstract：Our country is public accounts for the subject status of socialist market economic countries, state-owned enterprises controlled the relationship between        national security and economic lifeline and key sectors of the important industry.  This paper assets restructuring of state-owned enterprises, this paper discusses the   necessity and methods of state-owned enterprise assets reorganization and the    connection between the development of capital markets. The capital market to promote state-owned enterprise assets reorganization plays an important role, and  the state-owned enterprise assets reorganization and for China's capital market to establish and perfect the laid a foundation for both supplement each other. At the same time, also should soberly realize state-owned enterprise assets reorganization process of practical problems and development of capital markets causing all kinds  of negative influence, these need through changing concept, positive reform to  eliminate adjustment. Therefore, on the one hand, to correct for the state-owned enterprise assets reorganization of the erroneous understanding, on the other hand，   to further improve the securities market, actively adjust the capital market structure . raise the quality of listed companies, and to strengthen capital market system construction,to improve the legal system, so as to realize the securities market and the reform of state-owned enterprises coordinate healthy development.
