平昌汽车修配厂战略规划
摘要
随着改革开放的发展，汽车产业的发展和壮大，现在汽车几乎成为每个家庭的必须品，而随之也带来了许多因汽车而发展起来的产业，如：汽车修理、汽车美容、汽车装饰品、汽车保险等等。其中，汽车修理行业最为鼎盛。发展至今，修理行业依然是混乱，没有建立明确的行业标准，而许多有多年历史的综合性汽车修理厂也遇到了发展的瓶颈，不知道何去何从。
本文详细介绍了番禺平昌汽车修配厂的具体情况，以及对番禺平昌汽车修配厂在发展中所遇到瓶颈的关键因素进行分析，剖析了外部环境因素和企业内部环境等问题，对番禺平昌汽车修配厂现有的竞争战略进行分析，进而笔者总结起经验教训，得出的结论是：番禺平昌汽车修配厂在因为修理行业发展良好、地理优势、建立了自身的口碑而能屹立15年不倒，但是在发展的后期因为不完善的管理制度、落后的技术、缺乏人才和设备等各方面，而造成难以进一步发展甚至经营越来越困难的现状。进而笔者对番禺平昌汽车修配厂未来的战略规划提出了若干建议。

Abstract
With the development of reform and opening, the development of the automobile industry and expand, now the car almost become a must for every family, but also brought a lot of for car industry, such as: car repair, car beauty, car decoration, car insurance. Among them, the most prosperous auto repair industry. But so far, repair industry is still confused, did not establish clear industry standards, and many have years of history, a comprehensive auto repair factory also encounter development bottleneck, do not know decide on what path to follow.
This paper introduces the Panyu Pingchang automobile factory situation, as well as to the Panyu Pingchang automobile factory in development bottlenecks encountered the key factors analysis, analysis of the external environmental factors and internal and environmental issues, the Panyu automobile factory in Pingchang, the existing competitive strategy analysis, the author summed up experience lesson, the conclusion is: Panyu Pingchang car factory in good repair industry, because of geographical advantages, the establishment of its own reputation and can stand for more than 15 years, but late in development because of imperfect management system, backward technology, lack of personnel and equipment and other aspects, and lead to further development and management the increasingly difficult situation. Then the author to Panyu Pingchang automobile factory of the future strategic planning and puts forward some suggestions.
