On Translation and Analysis of Terminology in English Trade
Abstract

Terminology is a system of words used to name things in a particular discipline, which is extremely crucial in every aspect. And it is also the same with the English terminology in foreign trade. Nowadays, with the rapid development of the social economy, Foreign Trade has become a very beneficial industry. A good mastery of the English terminology in foreign trade is very important for the English Foreign Trade learners and businessmen, especially for the graduate who wants to pass the Foreign Trade Certificates in order to get a better post in the future. The present paper attempts to give the readers a systematic understanding towards the English terminology in foreign trade and mainly focus on some widely-used terms by comparison, translation and analysis. The writer also points out some problems in the application of English terminology in foreign trade and thus, hopes that the readers can master the English terminology in foreign trade better after reading this paper.

术语，泛指各门学科中的专门用语，用来正确标记科学，技术，生产，艺术，社会，生活等各个领域中的事物，现象，特性，关系和过程。术语对于各种科目如此重要，同样的，英语外贸术语对于外贸行业也是至关重要的。随着现今社会经济的快速发展，外贸已发展成为一个富经济效益的行业。掌握好英语外贸术语，对于外贸学习或外贸行业工作者十分重要，尤其对于我们应届毕业生，想通过考取多种外贸证书而在将来取得一个更好的职位，更为重要。本文旨在让读者对英语外贸术语有系统性的了解，通过翻译分析较为常用的英语外贸术语并对其作出对比的方法，令读者对英语外贸术语有更进一步的理解。同时作者亦指出一些英语外贸术语应用中应注意的问题，并对其加以研究。
