中小企业信息化建设的规划之路

摘　要

 中小企业信息化是国民经济的重要组成部分，是中小企业在世界经济全球化、信息化大潮中求得生存和发展的必然选择。随着我国加入WTO，大批中小企业不可避免的加入国际化竞争的行列。目前我国中小企业信息化正处于外国企业竞争强和本国发展水平低的情况下，要想在激烈的竞争环境中站稳脚跟，赢得一席之地，就必须加快进行信息化建设，争取快速缩小与发达国家的差距。
当今世界已经进入中小企业信息化时代，中小企业信息化在西方发达国家一直是政府发展的重点，然而我国整体上中小企业信息化意识相对欠缺。随着我国企业信息化建设的深入，中小企业的信息化必将成为企业信息化的主流，但目前中小企业信息化，仍是一个全新的命题。本文基于我国中小企业的实际情况，充分考虑了中小企业信息化发展的现状并深入分析了建设中存在的主要问题，本着“整体规划、开拓创新、重点突破、务求实效”的原则来大力发展信息化建设。为了提高企业的竞争能力，本文提出了提高中小企业信息化发展水平的主要对策。

ABSTRACT

 The information of small and medium-sized enterprises is important components of our national economy and the inevitable choice of small and medium-sized enterprises for survival and development in the economic globalization and information spring tide of the world. With our country joining in the WTO, a lot of small and medium-sized enterprises inevitably join in the line of international competition. Facing the forceful competition and the low development actuality, the enterprises of our country must develop information construction so quickly that reduce the gap with the developed countries.
 In the times of SMEI (small and medium enterprises’ information), SMEI already become the core in the Western developed countries. However, China's SMEI consciousness is relatively insufficient on the whole, with the development of China's enterprise information, SMEI will inevitably become the mainstream of enterprise information, even though it is a new brand topic at present times in China. Based on current situation of the small and medium enterprises of our country, this text analyzes information actuality and existent problems of the small and medium enterprises in depth .In the principle of "overall planning, innovative, important breakthroughs, to ensure its effectiveness " to develop the information construction and to improve the competitiveness of the enterprises. This paper presents the information to enhance SMEI development level of the main countermeasures.
