广州市中小制造型企业ERP应用实证研究

摘要
随着广州经济的迅猛发展，中小制造企业在经济生活中占有越来越重要的地位，在促进广州国民经济增长、缓解社会就业压力、增加地方财政税收、优化产业结构等方面发挥着越来越关键的作用。国际金融危机的爆发，中小制造企业受影响尤甚。用信息化技术重塑企业，走信息化与工业化融合之路将是中小制造业提升发展能力与竞争力的重要手段。
本文在深入了解广州市中小制造型企业经营现状的前提下，研究总结了有关 ERP 的研究成果，阐述广州市中小制造型企业应用ERP的必要性，根据典型调查研究，探析广州中小制造型企业ERP应用现状中的突出问题，在经济复苏的前提背景下，分析其关键影响因素，从企业发展战略高度来研究和审视ERP原理，并探讨如何通过应用ERP来推动广州中小制造型企业的转型升级。

An Empirical Study of ERP Applications on
the SMEs in Guangzhou
ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of Guangzhou's economy, the medium and small enterprises increasingly play an important role in the economic life, which will exert key effect on the promotion of economic growth of Guangzhou and also help to ease pressure for employment, increase local tax revenue and optimize the industrial structure. The outbreak of the international financial crisis has a great effect on medium and small enterprises. It will be a critical way, for the enhancement of capacity and competitiveness of medium and small enterprises, to remodel business with information technology as well as combining information technology with industrialization. Based on the full knowledge of current situation of medium and small enterprises in Guangzhou, this paper summarizes the results of ERP research, expounds on the necessity of using ERP for the medium and small manufacturing enterprises. It will dig out the main problems of current application of ERP in the medium and small manufacturing enterprises according to the typical research results. This essay will also analyze the key factors and problems in the context of economic recovery, on the other hand, study and scrutinize the theory of ERP from the perspective of further development of enterprises, and finally, explore the ways to upgrade industries of the medium and small enterprises in Guangzhou through using the ERP.
