论我国员工忠诚度下降的原因及对策


摘 要

随着知识经济时代的到来,人才已经成为企业的核心竞争能力,企业之间的竞争在很大程度上决定于人才的竞争.然而,受员工自身、企业以及社会环境等诸多因素影响,企业内员工忠诚度下降已经成为一个不争的事实,这种现象不但使企业损失了利润,同时也给企业的整体发展带来多种负面影响。因此如何得到优秀员工并赢得员工忠诚,创建一个相对稳定的高素质的员工队伍,取得人力资本优势,减少因人才流失甚至是员工泄露企业机密而给企业造成的损失,已成为越来越多企业管理者所关心的问题。
本文从我国员工忠诚度下降的现状出发,指出研究员工忠诚度的必要性,并进一步针对员工对企业的忠诚度下降的原因,从企业人力资源管理各环节、企业文化、工作环境和情感管理等几个方面展开分析,提出了提升员工忠诚度的应对策略,对企业发展具有重要意义。

ABSTRACT
Along with the knowledge economy times arrival, the talented person have became the core of enterprise competitive ability, the Competition among enterprises decides in the great degree to the talented person's competition, however, affected by the staff oneself, the enterprise as well as the social environment and so on, staff loyalty decline has already become an undisputed fact, This phenomenon not only lead to a loss of business profits, but also lead to many negative impacts on the overall development of enterprises prospects. So the problem of how to gain good staff and employee loyalty, create a relatively stable and high-quality workforce, obtain advantages in human capital, reduce the loss from the brain drain even enterprise employees leaking business secrets, has arouse the concern of more and more business managers.
This article embarking from the situation of our staff loyalty decline, point out the necessity of the research for the staff loyalty, and further against the reasons of the decline of the staff loyalty, analyzing from the every link of enterprise human resources management, corporate culture and work environment and emotion management and so on, proposed the countermeasures of upgrading of staff loyalty. It has great significance for the enterprise development.
